Weekly Affirmation – Positivity

Good morning Lovelies!

When we go through enough stressful seasons in life, we have the opportunity to start getting pessimistic & negative. This doesn’t just impact our attitudes but it impacts our relationships & health as well! Choosing positivity is more than just a trend, it’s a healthy lifestyle choice.

So every morning, every lunch break, & every evening this week remember this week’s affirmation:


I let go of all negativity that rests in my body & mind.

I love that! Focusing on the best not the worst, the beautiful not the ugly, things to praise not to curse. 

Where is your focus? What are you letting set up shop inside of you that you need to give the boot today? You are a powerful person & focusing on the positive will only make you stronger, Friends!

So go out & kick this week’s butt, I believe in you. Just keep moving forward.
