So whatever comes up this week. Smacks me in the face. Rips the rug out from under my feet. Produces so much happiness that I just don't even know how to express it all. Whatever happens, I choose right now, on this Monday morning that I will remind myself of the above affirmation. I will continue to use positive truths to train my powerful mind to work for me & not against me.
Life gets crazy & sometimes I feel like keeping hold of my joy is like chasing a crazed chicken around a coop. But even when it feels impossible, I try my best to remind myself: I can do difficult things. I can have a grateful heart & live in joy no matter what life throws my way.
